Welcome to rans303. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and rans303 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rans303 website located at https://rans303.cam and all associated services, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, virtual games, and account management features.

rans303 operates as an online gaming and sportsbook platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers sports betting markets covering the English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and a wide range of international sporting events, as well as a full live casino suite and electronic gaming titles.

By accessing any part of the Platform, creating a member account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and rans303.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal member account created by a User upon successful registration with rans303.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance as applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin allocation, cashback, or other non-cash incentive granted to a Member subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Bonus Balance" means the portion of a Member's Account balance comprising Bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by rans303 prior to processing any withdrawal and at other points determined by the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the rans303 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all services available at https://rans303.cam.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Member's Account balance comprising verified deposited funds, net of wagered amounts, and confirmed withdrawal-eligible winnings.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount that must be placed using Bonus funds before those funds (or winnings derived from them) become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus amount (e.g., 15x).
• "We / Us / Our" refers to rans303 and its operating entity.
• "You / Your" refers to the individual Member accessing or using the Platform.

Membership with rans303 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rans303 applies a minimum age threshold of 21 years for all members. Proof of age will be required as part of the KYC process. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform only from a jurisdiction in which your participation in online gambling is not prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction. rans303 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, cool-off period, or gambling block imposed by rans303 or any other gambling operator at the time of registration or during the period of your membership.
• Not a Platform Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of rans303's operating entity and its affiliates are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

To access real-money services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You warrant that all information you submit during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate, and you undertake to keep such information current and up to date.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen username and password. You must not use another person's identity or contact information in your registration. Any account registered using false, misleading, or another person's details will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, rans303 will require the submission of identity and address verification documents. Accepted documents include a government-issued national identity card (MyKad for Malaysian residents), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. rans303 may request additional documentation at its discretion for compliance purposes.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. rans303 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify rans303 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

rans303 supports a broad range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT via TRC20 network), and Litecoin (LTC).

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for most payment methods. There is no processing fee charged by rans303 on deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposit funds are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt. rans303 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Diamond and Royal Black Diamond tier members receive priority processing under 5 minutes. rans303 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency

All account balances and transaction amounts on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise indicated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

rans303 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. The Platform reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction that is suspected, in its sole discretion, of forming part of money laundering activity or any other illegal conduct. Where required by law, rans303 will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

rans303 offers a range of promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and other incentive structures to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be stated clearly at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement which must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x) applied to the bonus amount unless the promotion states a deposit-plus-bonus basis.
• The maximum permitted bet while playing with an active bonus balance is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, this cap is MYR 300 per bet or spin.
• Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo) typically contribute 10–20%. Some game categories may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a defined expiry window (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the expiry window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• rans303 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Each bonus is limited to one claim per eligible Member, household address, IP address, and payment method, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, exploitation of errors, and coordinated betting with other members — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

All sports bets placed on the rans303 platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market type, and competition. These rules govern how bets are settled, how results are determined, and what constitutes a valid wager. Specific rules for individual sports and bet types are accessible within the Platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is only considered accepted when you receive a confirmed bet reference from the Platform. rans303 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion, including bets that exceed applicable limits or that the Platform suspects are placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or arbitrage activity.

7.2 Odds Errors

In the event that incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or human error, rans303 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account. rans303 will not be liable for losses arising from bets accepted in error at manifestly incorrect odds.

7.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets across football (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL matches), UFC, and other sports. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. rans303 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during periods of significant match events.

7.4 Void Bets

Bets may be voided by rans303 in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, technical errors, odds displayed in error, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised. Stakes on void bets are returned to the Member's Real Money Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rans303 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or account credentials to access the Platform or process transactions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members to exploit bonus structures, promotional offers, or wagering mechanics.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other accounts (whether your own or third parties') to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or betting systems. Any winnings generated from exploiting a known or discovered error are not withdrawal-eligible and will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, inside trading on sporting events, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sports competitions.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering or in connection with any criminal activity.
• Making threats, abusive communications, or harassment toward rans303 staff or other platform users.

All content on the rans303 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the property of rans303 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any content on the Platform beyond the limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes as set out herein.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of rans303. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rans303 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

rans303 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical faults, or that any defects will be corrected immediately. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall rans303's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rans303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You are found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated in connection with your account.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gambling framework.
• rans303 is required to do so by order of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed for reasons attributable solely to a Platform decision unrelated to Member misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Balances are non-refundable upon account closure unless otherwise expressly required by law.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rans303 operates under its international licence. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of a dispute relating to a specific bet, transaction, or account decision, Members are encouraged to first contact rans303 customer support to seek resolution. rans303 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, Members may seek independent adjudication in accordance with applicable dispute resolution frameworks in their jurisdiction.

rans303 does not operate under Malaysian domestic gambling regulation (no such framework currently exists for online gambling in Malaysia). Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
